POLICY:

If any products received are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email an attached photo of damaged products and order form within 5 DAYS after delivery date to receive a replacement product (refunds will not be given for damaged product a replacement will be sent). If not brought to our attention within the said amount of time claim will NOT be accepted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All sales are final, due to sanitary reasons products cannot be exchanged or returned.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We are small company that hand crafts and hand packages all of our products, processing can take anywhere from 3-5 days (may change with order influx), we ship in order received so depending on where you would be at on our order list would determine when your order will go out. 

We have added to our shipping options, you now have options on how fast of a delivery you would like you package to arrive. These shipping options are not the processing time or mean your order will process faster. If you have any questions regarding the shipping options please email us.

Please note: Shipping options may have delays that can be out of our control. Once package is handed off to the mail carrier we would not be responsible for any postal delays. If package is delayed due due to unseen postal events we are not responsible to refund shipping costs.

UPS Next Day Air is not available on weekends

Please note First Class Mail is not insured, if you would like to have your package insured please use Priority Mail. Priority Mail is automatically insured up to $50.00. If more insurance is needed on your package please contact us via email.

We ship to the address provided on your order form, if you need to amend the address please email us in a timely manner and we’d be more than happy to correct the address for you, if the address is incorrect on your order form and package has already been shipped, we are not responsible for replacing products shipped or cover the shipping cost to reship package in the case it gets returned. Once package states it has been delivered we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders sent out of the US can take up to 3 weeks to process. We have added options to our shipping so you can now choose how fast of a delivery you would like after shipment is processed. (Please note this does not mean a faster processing time.) Our default international shipping is First Class Mail and it does not have guaranteed tracking. It may track all the way but it is not guaranteed. If you would like tracking please select the tracked shipment option when checking out. We are not responsible for lost in transit packages if the tracking option was not chosen.   

Please note that all international orders are subject to their own taxes and customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or tax tariffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If your package gets returned to us for failure to not pay customs fees we will not issue a refund. The package can be shipped back but the shipping cost would have to be covered by customer.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Order cancellations can be made within 48 hours of purchasing, if not made within said amount of time ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and you will no longer be able to cancel the order. If you need to amend your order in anyway, please email us at contactchaosmakeup@gmail.com

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE:

Chaos Makeup has the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse an order, we will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases.
